I am delighted to introduce myself as the newest member of the team. My name is Toni, and I am thrilled to be starting this journey with you and your children.
While my professional background has primarily been in the retail and restaurant industries since leaving school, my most rewarding "role" has been raising my own four children. With my youngest now four years old, I have reached a point in my life where I am ready to turn my lifelong passion for childcare into a professional career.
I am a firm believer in the power of creative, active, and outdoor play. I love using my imagination to keep children engaged and am often at my happiest when we are exploring outside or working on a hands-on project. I bring that same energy and "mum-tested" patience to the nursery every day.
I am fully committed to developing my professional skills and knowledge here at Dragonflies. My goal is to become a fully qualified practitioner, as I have a genuine interest in supporting children’s unique growth and helping them reach their developmental milestones in a fun, safe environment.
