Joanna

Hi, I’m Joanna and I’m thrilled to be part of the Dragonflies team. I am a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator and a trained Forest School Lead. I have spent the last two years working in childcare settings and I’m passionate about supporting children and families within my community. The outdoors is where my heart truly lies. I’m a strong believer in the benefits of forest school and the incredible opportunities it gives children to explore, connect with nature, and grow in confidence. I love engaging children in outdoor experiences such as building bug hotels, sensory play, and crafting with natural materials. Watching children discover the world around them and develop new skills through nature‑based learning is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
