I am delighted to introduce myself as the newest Early Years Apprentice here at Dragonflies Community Nursery. I am currently working toward my Level 2 Qualification in Childcare, and I am incredibly grateful to be part of such a dedicated and professional team.
Dragonflies holds a very special place in my heart. Before it became the nursery it is today, I actually attended this setting myself back when it was Rainbow Childcare Centre! Returning here as a member of staff feels like coming home, and I am so excited to give back to the environment that helped me grow.
I chose a career in childcare because I firmly believe that every child deserves the very best start in their education. There is nothing more rewarding than helping create a safe, nurturing space where they can thrive.
I am committed to my professional development and, upon completing my Level 2, I plan to progress straight onto my Level 3 Qualification to further deepen my knowledge and skills in supporting your children.
