I am delighted to be part of Dragonflies as bank staff. I have recently completed my Level 2 qualification in Support Work in Schools and Colleges, and I am keen to continue developing my skills and progressing further within the childcare industry. I really value the experience I am gaining at Dragonflies and enjoy supporting young children as they learn and grow. Safeguarding and creating a safe, nurturing environment are very important to me, and I am excited to keep building my knowledge as I work towards future qualifications in early years.
