Charlotte

Hi, my name is Charlotte and a very proud mum to my lovely daughter. Being a parent has strengthened my passion for working with children and supporting them as they grow and develop.
I currently hold a Level 4 qualification in Childcare and am working towards my Level 5, with the goal of progressing on to Level 6. I am passionate about child-led learning and love creating environments where children feel confident to explore, lead their own play, and learn at their own pace.

I also have a real interest in learning Makaton, which is something I’m excited to pursue further to help support communication for all children in my care.
