I hold a Level 2 qualification in childcare, a Level 3 SENCO qualification, and I am currently working towards my Level 3 childcare qualification. I am passionate about supporting children with special educational needs, especially as I am autistic myself and bring lived experience to my practice. I enjoy delivering small‑group and 1‑to‑1 interventions that help children grow in confidence and development. I regularly use Makaton, PECS, visual supports, and a range of engaging approaches including forest school, role play, sensory activities, and life‑skills learning. Ensuring every child receives the support they need is incredibly important to me. I value strong partnerships with parents and believe that positive relationships are key to helping children thrive. I also have experience working alongside outside agencies such as ISEND and SALT.
