I hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have many years of experience working both in early years settings and with adults with learning disabilities, giving me a broad and adaptable skill set. I am now returning to childcare and continuing to develop my knowledge of the new framework, focusing on how it translates into effective, meaningful practice for the children I support.
